Since 2003, Bouchon Bakery has been Chef Thomas Keller’s unique take on a French boulangerie, offering sandwiches, quiche, soups and salads, as well as a wide range of artisanal viennoiserie, confections, pastries, tarts and cookies both French and American in influence.
Bouchon Bakery proudly serves a vast beverage selection including a variety of iced and hot teas, hand-crafted hot chocolate, espresso drinks and coffee custom-blended by Chef Keller’s longtime partner Equator Coffee Roasters.
The Bakery also caters everything from corporate meetings to milestone events and can create cakes and event favors for any occasion.
Now with seven locations across the U.S. in Napa Valley, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and New York, Bouchon Bakery showcases many of the recipes found daily in the shop in The New York Times Best Seller cookbook Bouchon Bakery, coauthored by Chef Keller and Sebastien Rouxel.
