Top of the Rock is committed to making experiences accessible to all visitors. We want everyone to enjoy the breathtaking sights and incredible discoveries at Top of the Rock.
Wheelchairs
Top of the Rock and the Rockefeller Center Tour are wheelchair accessible. All entrances are accessible, and power-assist doors are located at the main entrance on 50th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.
Everyone is welcome to join the Rockefeller Center Tour. Our guides are trained to accommodate anyone in need by leading the tour through wheelchair-accessible routes at an appropriate pace.
Elevators are available on all floors of Top of the Rock, from street level up to the open-air viewing deck on the 70th floor. All public restrooms at Top of the Rock have designated wheelchair-accessible stalls.
Transcripts
Printed transcripts are available upon request for all short films played during the Top of the Rock experience.
Audio Headsets
All visitors participating in the Rockefeller Center Tour are given a personal headset with a closed-circuit connection for optimal audio clarity. Our guides are trained to speak at an appropriate volume and speed.
Service Animals
Service dogs are welcome in all public areas of Top of the Rock and Rockefeller Center.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted, but they must be collapsible.
