Bruce and Eric Bromberg, chefs and co-owners behind Blue Ribbon Restaurants in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, and Boston, have further expanded their New York City restaurant family with the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar at Rockefeller Center.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar at Rockefeller Center offers a more casual riff on Blue Ribbon Restaurants’ renowned sushi and Japanese culinary concepts. The space features an 11-seat sushi bar, a small section for seated dining, an extensive grab-and-go counter, and a space to design-your-own bento box options. The more traditional menu selections include a wide range of sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, and platters as well as assorted beverages, including sake and beer.
