Roxy’s Sweetheart Sing-a-long
Rockefeller Center invites families and children of all ages to enjoy a full slate of whimsical, artistic experiences at Roxy’s Sweetheart Sing-a-long on Saturday, February 11th on South Plaza and in the 10 Rockefeller Center Lobby from 10AM to 1PM.
Families will enjoy indoor and outdoor activities, including:
• Performances by The Rock and Roll Playhouse: The largest performer of kid-friendly live concerts in the nation, The Rock and Roll Playhouse will perform two 30-minute sets featuring love songs from the music of rock-and-roll legends.
• Puppetsburg: The Brooklyn-based puppet show will introduce audience members to their cast of handmade characters during an interactive puppet show and a create your own puppet workshop.
• Art Sundae Workshop with Joel Gaitan: Artist Joel Gaitan, whose work is currently displayed throughout Rockefeller Center as part of the Art in Focus program, will invite children to create their own art inspired by Gaitan's bold and vibrant terracotta pieces.
• Roxy the Owl will also be flying in for the event and making another celebrated appearance.
