We’re proud to announce the photographers invited by this year's Flag Project partner Kwame Brathwaite, Renee Cox, Elliott Erwitt, Roe Ethridge, Nan Goldin, Ryan McGinley, Susan Meiselas, Duane Michals, and Tyler Mitchell.

A partnership between Tishman Speyer and the world-renowned New York–based nonprofit and publisher Aperture Foundation, the latest Flag Project installation will showcase the diversity, energy, endurance, and imagination of New York City.

Whether you’re a professional or smartphone photographer, join us as we celebrate the spirit of NYC, with photographs of, or inspired by, the city’s faces, objects, and textures.

Submit your photos for consideration from Feb. 8–26, 2021. Chris Boot, executive director of Aperture Foundation, will select 83 photographs to be shown as 8-foot by 5-foot flags from March 27–April 30, 2021. The exhibition will be free, non-ticketed and open to the public.
