Bruce and Eric Bromberg, chefs and co-owners behind Blue Ribbon Restaurants in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami, have further expanded their New York City (NYC) restaurant family with the opening of Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar at Rockefeller Center. This is the second iteration of the Sushi Bar concept by Blue Ribbon Restaurants, the first of which opened in the summer of 2014. A more casual riff of Blue Ribbon Restaurants’ renowned sushi and Japanese culinary concept, the new space features an 11-seat sushi bar, a small section for seated dining, an extensive grab-and-go counter, and a space to design-your-own bento box options.
The more traditional menu selections include a wide range of sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, and platters as well as teas and assorted beverages. At this new location, Chefs and partners Bruce and Eric Bromberg and longtime collaborator, sushi master Toshi Ueki, have also introduced introduce sake and hand rolls for an after-work happy hour menu, as well as the exciting new addition of a Japanese breakfast menu.
