The annual Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 during the live broadcast "Christmas at Rockefeller Center".
The 2024 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree will be lit daily from 5am to midnight. On Christmas Eve the tree will be lit for 24 hours and on New Year's Eve it will be lit from 5am-9pm. The Tree will be on view through mid-January.

Holiday Chalets
A 40-minute reservation for up to 6 people in your own private Après Skate Chalet Presented by Balsam Hill overlooking the iconic ice rink and Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. Includes 2 non-alcoholic beverages per reservation. Additional food and beverages available for purchase on-site.
Santa Photo Experience
Meet Santa Claus himself on Top of the Rock's signature Beam (remains stationary on the ground). Available as an add-on to General Admission Top of the Rock tickets at select times. Includes The Official Christmas Tree Photo ($40) and the full observation deck photo pass ($35 value).
VIP Rock Pass: Holiday Edition
The only tour in NYC with up-close viewing of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree from Center Plaza (normally closed to the public). This 2-hour guided experience begins in our VIP Lounge and includes a tour to one of Rockefeller Center’s hidden rooftop gardens, plus a Champagne Toast, and VIP access to Skylift and The Beam Experience at Top of the Rock.
