Since 1986, Alidoro has been hand-slicing their signature hot and cold sandwiches to order, including favorites like the Alidoro, made with prosciutto, sweet and hot peppers, fresh fennel, mushrooms, hot spread, and arugula; as well as the ultimate Italian cheesesteak, prepared with rosemary-braised roast beef, sautéed mushrooms, provolone, and truffle cream. Guests can also choose to build their own sandwiches from a robust selection of meats, cheeses, vegetables, and spreads, all served on local bread baked fresh daily.
