Miznon, founded by Israeli Chef Eyal Shani in 2011 in Tel Aviv, is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant group, known for its vibrant, street-style pitas and iconic whole roasted cauliflower. Miznon uses only fresh ingredients to capture the essence of each city, resulting in a unique, flavorful experience that combines global energy, local culture, and exceptional food—all wrapped in a pita.

Miznon (meaning “canteen” or “cafeteria” in Hebrew) offers an innovative and unconventional approach to Mediterranean-inspired street food.
