Restaurateurs Akiva Elstein and Matthew Abramcyk have created a vibrant, timeless environment to enjoy innovative cocktails, oysters and Mediterranean-influenced small plates. After sixteen years, they are bringing the downtown energy of Smith & Mills to Rockefeller Center's Rink Level, with an expanded raw bar selection and a private dining room. The same keen interest and reverence for industry and design remain, serving as continued inspiration for a restaurant that brings something new while paying respect to the past. Centered around a stunning oblong bar, the space is encircled with lush velvet banquettes to encourage lingering over classic cocktails and conversation. Smith and Mills operating hours:

Monday: 4pm-11pm (Dinner service only)

Tuesday-Friday: 11:30am-3pm for lunch service and 4pm-11pm for dinn

Happy Hour is available Tuesday-Friday from 2-5pm.
