Miznon’s Global Pita Passport continues with a limited-time collaboration from chef Greg Baxtrom of 5 Acres and Olmsted. Debuting November 11, the Chicago-Italian Beef Pita brings the flavors of a Chicago-Italian beef sandwich to Miznon’s signature pita.

It features sliced roast beef, caramelized onions, sautéed peppers, provolone, Ms. Known’s hot fried peppers with giardiniera, and shoestring potatoes seasoned with Baxtrom Spice. Served with seasoned beef broth, the pita is meant to be poured over rather than dipped.

A portion of proceeds supports Citymeals on Wheels, helping provide meals and human connection to homebound older New Yorkers across New York City.
