In this guide, we’re highlighting a few of our own venues (as well as some of our favorite spots around the city) to help spark inspiration for your next event.

The Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center

1. The Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center

This iconic Midtown Manhattan venue combines Art Deco elegance with breathtaking skyline views. The Rainbow Room's grand ballroom accommodates up to 320 guests for a seated dinner or 450 for a reception, making it ideal for galas, corporate parties, holiday parties, panels, and product showcases and launches. The venue offers full-service in-house catering, state-of-the-art AV equipment, and on-site event planners who ensure every detail creates a lasting impression.

2. 620 Loft & Garden and 610 Loft & Garden

Located at Rockefeller Center, 620 Loft & Garden’s unique event space features a versatile indoor area plus outdoor terraces overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral. Next to 620 Loft & Garden is 610 Loft & Garden. The space offers a mirrored layout to 620, pairing a light-filled interior with a rooftop garden perched above Fifth Avenue. With more built-in shade, the space is especially well suited for daytime events, breakfasts, luncheons, and intimate evening receptions.

3. Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers

This Hudson River venue offers 20,000 square feet of customizable event space with stunning waterfront views. Accommodating up to 1,000 guests for receptions or 600 for seated dinners, Pier Sixty excels at large corporate gatherings and dinner parties. Radio Park at Rockefeller Center

4. Radio Park at Rockefeller Center

Frequently Asked Questions About NYC Event Venues

How do I choose the perfect venue for my NYC event?
The right venue depends on the type of event you’re hosting, your guest count, and the atmosphere you want to create. For example, a product launch may benefit from a modern venue with open layouts and strong AV capabilities, while a corporate dinner may call for a more intimate private dining space. Location also matters, for example, choosing a prime location in Midtown Manhattan can make it easier for guests to attend and enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Some spaces are also well suited for social celebrations, networking events, and events that include live music or entertainment.

Are outdoor event spaces available in NYC?
Yes. Many venues offer rooftop terraces, gardens, or other outdoor spaces that provide skyline views and fresh air. Outdoor spaces can be especially appealing for daytime events, summer receptions, and brand activations that benefit from natural light and iconic city backdrops.

Radio Park and The Rink are two of our favorite outdoor venues at Rockefeller Center.
