1. Marathon Offers at Top of the Rock

October 30-November 3

After 26.2 miles through the five boroughs, commemorate your finish with Manhattan at your feet. Runners can enjoy free admission to Top of the Rock with their bibs, plus 25% off tickets for up to three guests. Capture the perfect post-race skyline photo on the outdoor Observation Deck, toast your personal record at The Weather Room, and take in the city’s buzz from high above. For spectators, Top of the Rock’s panoramic view of Central Park — the marathon’s finish line — is an unbeatable spot to watch the race unfold.

2. TCS NYC Marathon Expo

October 30-November 1

The official pre-race hub for participants and enthusiasts, the TCS NYC Marathon Expo at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center is where the city’s race weekend kicks off. Open to the public, it features over 200 exhibitors showcasing the latest running gear, nutrition, and fitness tech. Runners can pick up their race bibs and packets, while spectators can explore, attend panels, and get a preview of NYC’s race-day energy. 3. TCS NYC Marathon Opening Ceremony

October 31

Feel the pulse of marathon weekend at the TCS NYC Marathon Opening Ceremony in Central Park, where both runners and spectators are invited to join the festivities. The Parade of Nations brings together runners from over 130 countries, waving flags and sharing traditions in a vibrant celebration of global community. 4. Nike NYC Community Shakeout Run

Experience marathon day up close at NYC’s most spirited cheer spots. Tracksmith’s first-ever Cheer Zone at Mile 12.5 keeps runners motivated with as they make their way through Brooklyn. Further along, the Nike Cheer Zone x OMRC at Mile 19 helps push athletes through one of the race’s toughest stretches, while the Endorphins Cheer Zone at Mile 21.5 amps up the final stretch toward Central Park. If you’re not racing, these zones make you feel like part of the action.

6. Marathon After Parties

November 2

The NYC Marathon doesn’t end at the finish line. Raise a glass and celebrate every stride at Victory Lap, the official TCS Marathon after-party featuring live music by DJ Prince Hakim, photo activations, and special appearances by 2025 marathon champions. In SoHo, the Endorphins Marathon After Party offers food, drinks, medal portraits, and a DJ-fueled celebration. Down on the Lower East Side, Ainslie Bowery serves high-energy vibes, great bites, and craft cocktails.
