Since 2007, Wafels & Dinges has captured the hearts of New Yorkers with its iconic food trucks, serving up the most authentic Liège-style wafels this side of the Atlantic. This season, they're bringing the magic to Rockefeller Center’s North Plaza with a beautifully restored vintage ‘59 food truck—a sweet new addition to New York's most cherished holiday traditions.

On the menu, you’ll find six legendary waffle creations, each topped with indulgent, high-quality dinges (toppings) such as Argentinian dulce de leche, rich speculoos spread, and even a Liège waffle ice cream. Not to miss will be the rotating selection of our soft cookie-style waffles, called wafelinis, packed with original flavors, some of which are only available at Rockefeller Center, from cinnamon-speculoos to double chocolate chunk, almond frangipane, and seasonal favorites like autumn pumpkin.
